Job description
1. Assist Quality Manager in development and implementation of a quality assurance in process,including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all product parts meet all standards
2. Planning and organize measurement activity to ensure all parts built to meet customer expection
3. Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor the inprocess quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving
5. Manage and Monitor QC department development. Such as QC development/ Inter PPM reduction/ Supplier quality performance
6. Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions, performance appraisals and team meetings
7. Organize quality culture building activity to improvement operator amd plant quality sense. Quality month/ Speaking for quality
8. Manage quanlity cost reduction projects with 6 sigma projects.
Essential requirement
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience to be determined by testing as applicable
2. 5 years or above related quality related experience.
3. 2 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting
4. Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering, such as, SPC, DOE, GD
